The Newton Falls Water Plant has job openings for the following positions: General Laborer - City of Newton Falls - Water Distribution Department

Requires some mechanical background. Training will be provided for certification for EPA Class 1 Water Supply Operator Competitive salary, health care benefits, sick pay, paid vacation & holidays

Newton Falls Water Distribution has two job openings for the following position: Ohio EPA Class 1 Water Supply Operator

Residential & Commercial Solid Waste Collection & Disposal With Recycling

The City of Newton Falls will be accepting sealed bids for the collection and disposal in a licensed landfill of commercial and residential solid wastes from within the City of Newton Falls for a sixty (60) month term. A town hall meeting will take place on February 7, 2023, at the Municipal Center located at 612 W. Broad Street, Newton Falls, OH 44444. All residents and businesses are encouraged to attend to share their thoughts and views regarding the current services and to express their needs for the new contract.

SPECIAL NOTICE

The City of Newton Falls is seeking applicants to the following commissions:
- Parks and Recreation - remainder of unexpired term ending 12/31/2023
- Planning and Zoning - 5 year term ending 12/31/2027
- Planning and Zoning - remainder of unexpired term ending 12/31/2024
- Civil Service Commission - remainder of unexpired term ending 12/31/2024
