The Planning & Zoning Office is responsible for enforcing the Zoning Code and Property Maintenance Code. Complaints may be made by calling the Zoning Office. Zoning permit applications can be dropped off Monday through Friday, either at the Planning & Zoning Office or at the City Manager’s Office. Application forms are below.

The Newton Falls Planning and Zoning Commission meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers located at 612 West Broad Street. All Planning and Zoning Commission meetings are open to the public. Planning and Zoning Commission members are:
