The purpose of this Special Council Meeting is to consider the first readings of, including public comments related to, Ordinance 2023-30, Ordinance 2023-31, Ordinance 2023-34, Ordinance 2023-35, and Ordinance 2023-36 and to hold an executive session to consider the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion or compensation of a public employee or official.
