Special Council Meeting

The Village of Newton Falls City Council has scheduled a Special Meeting to be held on Monday, January 5, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Newton Falls Municipal Center located at 612 West Broad St., Newton Falls, Ohio 44444.
The purpose of this meeting is to (1) perform the oaths of office for newly elected members of Council, (2) conduct interviews for the position of Law Director in executive session whereas action may or may not be taken afterwards and (3) re-consider the reappointment of a qualified elector to the vacant position on the Council representing Ward 3. See attached agenda.
Further, the annual Organizational Meeting will be held immediately following this Special Meeting. See attached agenda.
