The Community Improvement Corporation is organized to advance, encourage and promote the industrial, economic, commercial, and civic development of the City of Newton Falls by acting as the designated agency of Newton Falls; an shall, through development actions, promote the health, safety, an general welfare of the Newton Falls residents.
