RESOLUTION 20-2015

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO CERTIFY THE COSTS OF DEMOLITIONS TO THE COUNTY FISCAL OFFICER FOR COLLECTION IN THE MANNER PROVIDED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the Trumbull County Health Department has declared properties designated in “Exhibit A”, attached as if fully rewritten herein, as unfit for human habitation; and

WHEREAS, the demolition was authorized pursuant to the authority set forth in O.R.C. 505.86; and

WHEREAS, the cost of the demolition shall be certified to the Trumbull County Fiscal Officer for collection in the manner provided by law.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWTON FALLS, STATE OF OHIO, HEREBY RESOLVES:

SECTION I: That the City Director of Finance is hereby directed to certify the cost of demolitions to the Trumbull County Fiscal Officer for placement on the tax duplicate, together with interest and penalties provided by law, for properties designated in “Exhibit A”, attached hereto as if fully rewritten herein.
